Polyester fabric reactive dyes

The polyester fabric described here is the classic dyeing side of reactive dyes. When dyeing, the fabric value should be controlled to neutral.

When dyeing, the pH of the fabric should be controlled at Ph = 7, when the Ph value is too high, the dyeing is uneven, and the x-type dye is also easy to be hydrolyzed; if the Ph value is too low, it is not easy to dye, and the color is light, so the fabric should be dyed before dyeing. Wash twice with water, some K-type reactive dyeing should be at higher temperatures or boiling (such as reactive turquoise blue KGL). The fixing agent is an alkali agent, and in addition to trisodium phosphate, soda ash can also be used. K-type and M-type reactive dyes reacted slower than X-type. In addition to increasing the dyeing temperature, 0.5 g/L of catalyst triethylenediamine was added to the solution to increase the dyeing reaction rate and increase the amount of coloration.
